2015 Prices for DJ - Event Lighting - Photo Booth Services for Weddings.

We understand that you may want to get an idea of the price before investing your valuable time in choosing the right company for your Special Day. We know that there will be other companies who are less expensive and some that are more. We always want potential clients to consider When shopping around the importance of how your entertainment company actually operates.

-Can you trust that they are experienced performing at Weddings and keeping things running smoothly?
-Do they have experience with different age groups cultures and musical genres?
-Are they part time or do they do this for a living?

Standard DJ Service: *$1,250.00
Get all of the benefits of Hesson Entertainment's award winning DJ service and take advantage state of the art online planning tools. This package includes: Everything you need for most receptions

- Hesson Entertainment Featured Event DJ
- Up to FOUR hours during Dinner and Dancing
- Up to ONE hour for Cocktail hour (Remote sound if needed)
- Face-to-face pre wedding meeting (about a week prior) to make certain everything is ready.
- All setup, break down, and travel time (in the Washington DC and Baltimore area)
- Dinner music throughout your meal
- Entertainment and music throughout the event, no breaks
- All Emcee and hosting duties
- Announcements for Cake Cutting and other reception events
- Coordination with caterer, photographer, and videographer (so they don't miss anything)
- Wireless microphone
- Intense sound system to accommodate larger dance floors
- Dance lighting system
- State-of-the-art crystal-clear digital sound
- Back-up equipment
- Appropriately dressed in a suit or tuxedo
- Two million dollar liability insurance coverage
- Professional Wedding Reception planning tools at your disposal
- Unlimited telephone, email, and internet consultations

*$250.00 (Add On_ Ceremony Service production for weddings that take place on site (1 Hour Additional time included):
-Bridal Party Processional Music (Discussed in advance)
-Wireless microphone for Officiate performing ceremony
-Any additional microphones needed for musicians or readings
-Music during seating of guests and any other music cues.

We use the Source Four tm 750 watt Leko to give the sharpest and brightest results when projecting your monogram on the wall or dancefloor

up to 30 pinspots focused on table centerpieces Head Table and Cake

3 Photo-booths to choose from:
OPTION 1 Enclosed - 5 x 6 footprint - fits 5 people
OPTION 3 Open - 10 x 10 footprint - fits 12 people

-3 Hours (Additional hours can be added for $100.00 per hour)
-Social Media Kiosk/Instant Uploads:
-On site attendant for seamless service
-Delivery, set-up, and removal
-Choice of color or B&W photo strip
-Duplicate 2″ x 6″ photo strip
-Digital transfer of all event photos
-Props to enhance your experience
-Web hosting of photos with password
